With over eight years of experience in the baking and pastry, along with hands-on catering experience for a variety of events, I have dedicated my career to developing both technical skills and creativity in the kitchen. Throughout my journey, I have worked on dessert production, custom pastries, breakfast buffets, event catering and menu planning, all while continuing to expand my training in the culinary field. I understand that planning an event can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to food quality, presentation, timing and guest satisfaction.
